World Mental Health Day
10th Oct 2019
Today we are celebrating World Mental Health Day in school. It is an opportunity to think about how we are feeling and realise that it is ok to talk to someone if we are feeling afraid, anxious, worried or stressed. Pupils have been involved in PDMU activities associated with good mental health this week.
Parents please find an information leaflet designed by the Diana Awards on talking to your child about their mental health, who we work closely with in delivering our anti-bullying campaigns. They detail 5 top tips which you may find useful when starting a conversation with your child.
