We had a great day celebrating World Book day in P6 class. We started our day reading an extract from Michael Morpurgo "Private Peaceful" and completed freeze frames and hot seating drama activities. We entered the deign a book token competition, completed a reading quiz for older bookworms and then played guess who when we created our character profiles of different book characters. We finished the day off with a very challenging Where's Wally challenge- but we had lots of eagle eyed children in the class who spotted Wally in the end. Thanks to all who took in pictures of them completing their share a story reading star challenge. The enjoyment and love of books is evident to see in P6.
