The theme this year was read your way. In P4 we completed many activities linked to reading. We started by using reading doodles to illustrate what we like to read, how we read it, where we read and what we may snack on while reading.
We then shared some ways that we can read without using an actual reading book. We watched a live World Book Day lesson that talked about the different styles/genres. In Numeracy we carried out a survey to find out which kinds of books other classes preferred and we then started our gift card competition for World Book Day.
