Dressed in an array of green shades we brightened up our P1 classroom today with green sparkles, hair bands, hats and ribbons for our St. Patrick’s day festivities. The Armagh rhymers entertained us and we really enjoyed their songs, stories and rhymes.
In the afternoon we had an interesting live Show and Tell for the letter f as Bo’ parents brought in two real frogs ? They showed us some frogspawn and tadpoles that they will return to their natural habitat in their garden. We learnt lots of interesting facts about frogs and they also gave each pupil a sticker and a frog factfile with great activities to complete at home. We thank them very much for their visit this afternoon.
