P3 enjoyed their mediation this morning whitest cuddling their “snuggles” from home. This build security and reassurance which allows the children to relax and engage in the relaxing mediation. Before we mediate we get rid of our “silly’s “ and let out lots of laughs so we are feeling calm and ready for quiet time. The children have been so responsive. Well done P3.
