Mrs Kelly’s Primary 7 class were the first class of the year to attend the weekly Mass. They contributed with prayers and readings. It was a beautiful Mass with the theme, ‘Together Again’. Some members of the public who came to the Mass commented that it was such a special event to be able to attend the Mass and see the children again. A neighbour of the school who attended Mass this morning said that their biggest loss in lockdown was not being able to hear the children playing in the yard at breaktime and lunchtime. We are grateful to Father Seamus for making us so welcome. Going forward, we will be sending one class per week to the Friday morning Mass. This will allow for members of the parish who wish to attend Mass to do so without compromising the cap on the congregation numbers.
