We had a fantastic day at Sports day. Have a look at the wonderful photos and you can tell it was so enjoyable! In brief to explain we all tried our very best at each race to win, then the top 5 places received a points card. First place =10 points/ 2nd= 8points/ 3rd= 6 points/ 4th= 4 points/ 5th= 2points. Mrs Murray was in charge of the scoreboard. All of our team points will be collated and we will be presented with proper medals at our school prizegiving day. Today we received a medal for participating in a team and for our excellent team spirit encouraging others to do their best! We participated in four races:
- sprint
- potato and spoon
- hopping
- beanbag balancing on our head
Well done to all P1 pupils you made me, Geraldine and Melissa so proud today! :)
