Today we had a lot of fun making our very own ‘Sparkly Soothers’.
We were inspired by our Action Mental Health visitor Geraldine, who used something similar in her workshop on Tuesday.
We used coloured ink, some water and a selection of glitter to make these mesmerising outcomes.
I hope you enjoy using them to help you relax. Don’t forget to try the torch trick to make it even more magical.
