It was the turn of primary six to go to Mass in St Patrick's Church this morning. Mr Flood's pupils contributed to the readings, prayers of the faithful and communion prayers. The theme of the Mass was 'talents' and Fr Seamus delivered a lovely homily, asking us to consider our talents and how we contribute to the world. Our Mass marked the 8th anniversary of the official opening of the school and Fr Seamus welcomed Mrs Pauline McMahon, former principal of Dromintee PS, to the Mass. Afterwards Mrs McMahon came to the school to have a birthday breakfast - hers and the school's.
