We had our very own prayer service in the assembly hall today to mark Ash Wednesday. We placed a candle and our Lenten promises in the middle of our circle to mark the beginning of Lent. We also had the distribution of our own prayer books to prepare for the coming of the sacrament First Holy Communion.
