We participated in the theme "Let's Move Together," for Action Mental Health Week throughout the week. We know that exercise, moving and having fun are great for our physical and mental health. We took part in yoga, GoNoodle Mario Bros. Strike A Pose and freeze dances. We also had great fun moving at gymnastics this morning, with coach Kirsty.
