Our P1 children were treated to a very special morning making pancakes in the Carrickdale Hotel.
Chef’s James and Maggie told us all the ingredients we would need and demonstrated how to make the pancakes. Then we got to try some. We had lots of toppings to choose from and everyone got to add their own.
The staff made everyone feel very welcome and made it a lovely experience for all to treasure.
