We had a great time at Palace stables today to finish off our topic Harvest and Armagh Apples. The guides were very impressed with the children’s knowledge and answers given. We made apple and potato bread, an apple craft book, learned about the process from orchard to shop and then watched apples being pressed to make juice. To top of the day we had a play in the play park in the beautiful autumnal weather. Thank you to Leanne and Odhran who helped supervise on the trip.
