P6 took part in a Healthy Me workshop today which focused on mental health well being and resilience techniques. The children did lots of fun and practical activities about feelings and emotions. Thank you to Heather and Roisin from AMH organisation who lead the workshops and provided booklets, pencils and wrist bands.
