The P5 had an excellent day out on their archaeology trip to Bagnel Castle on 6/6/18. The children got to dig for real artefacts and had to present which time period they believed their artefacts where from.
The also took part in a survey and learned all about the history of the castle. The best part of the day was making our own Neolithic pottery.
Having our break and lunch in the baking sun was bliss and it was wonderful when the staff of the museum commented on the children's excellent behaviour!
