Primary 1 had a fantastic trip to the Carrickdale Hotel this morning, to celebrate Pancake Tuesday. We were treated to delicious pancakes in the restaurant with lots of lovely toppings-chocolate spread, marshmallows, strawberries, bananas, sugar and lemon juice! Thank you so much to the management, chefs and staff for their warm hospitality in facilitating our trip. To quote a P1 “It was the best day of their life.” We will be back!
