We had a great morning with Mrs Mc Keown’s husband, Rowan. He showed us how to make shortbread biscuits in preparation for our Teddy Bears’ picnic. He let us choose our own cutter and we saw how to knead the dough and roll it out. He kindly provided us all with a ball of dough to take home and make some more shortbread biscuits.
We greatly appreciated the preparation involved and time he gave to helping us in Primary 1 today.
They look so delicious!
