P6 were kindly invited to take part in a workshop by the Ring of Gullion partnership. The kids got to take part in pond dipping for tadpoles and water creatures, craft to make clay models of animals and a nature walk looking for lizards. The facts the children learned where fascinating and the kids have a great experience at the beautiful surroundings of Slieve Gullion. We are so lucky to have such a wonderful place full of wildlife on our door step. We also had time for a wee play in the park.
