The Eco Council organised for the nature area to be cleared and the walkway opened up.
Mr Tom O’Hare worked under the guidance of the Eco council and spent many days cutting back whins and thinning out the area. He congratulated the team on the absence of litter and how well kept the school is. The team were rewarded with the ‘discovery’ of almost 20 footballs. Caoimhe suggested calling the walkway a ‘nature-bathing area’.
