We are very lucky to have farm families as part of our school community.
Today our P1 children got to meet Spotty the lamb. Mr. Hughes (daddy of one of our P1 children) took Spotty, his pet lamb in to meet all our P1 boys and girls.
Our P1 children wanted to know lots about the farm in spring time and had prepared questions for Mr. Hughes. He very kindly took time to answer all our questions and even showed us how he feeds Spotty with the bottle.
We all really enjoyed having our farm visitors in school today and wish to thank Mr. Hughes for bringing Spotty to Dromintee primary school.
