Chris visited our school in December 2019 with his book ‘Lucy’s Blue Day,’ with the fantastic message of “It’s ok not to be ok.” Chris has created further resources including coloured wristbands with the message "Today I am feeling," encouraging children to acknowledge and talk about how they are feeling each day. These may help your child if they are feeling anxious and worried about the current situation, as we move out of 'lockdown' and into the 'new normal.’
