Feel Good Friday

What a busy afternoon assembly we had on Feel Good Friday.  

Firstly Maura from Action MS visited to give awards to the children for their sponsored walk fundraiser.  We raised £2,300.  Well done to all!

Miss Mc Cann gave out the sports day awards and also the winners at the recent cross country in Killbroney park.

We have our 17th millionaire in DPS and 2 master classes, P5 and P6.  Lots of amazing reading happening in our school.

Also the Mathletics awards were given out.  The children have worked so hard to achieve lots of Gold Bars and 9 golden certificate winners.  Keep using Mathletics over the summer. 

The eco committee said good bye and thank you to our outgoing P7 members.  We wish them every success in their new school.

Good luck to our boys who have been selected to play and represent the county.  Pictured with them are Mr Mc Kay and Mr Burns.

We are all feeling good in DPS when we see what talented, motivated and hard working  children we have in our classes.
