We thank local MLA Liz Kimmons for kindly being the judge for our eco poetry competition in conjunction with Queens University Belfast.
There were two age categories p1-3 and p4-7.
The winners from the first age category is James Begley from p2 and Mary Ellen Mc Kinney from p6. Your prizes from the school will be sent out soon. These entries will now go on to represent DPS in the Queens University competition about sustainability in our environment.
Thank you to all those who took the time to enter the competition - I’m sure Liz had a tough job deciding!
