We welcomed the Eco Committee from St Oliver Plunkett's PS from Forkhill. The two Eco teams enjoyed meeting each other. We shared our practice with each other and were amazed at the number of projects which have been carried out in Forkhill. We looked at setting up a battery recycling scheme and reviewed the adult practices in the staffroom and in the office. We have some recommendations for the adults. We discussed our fair trade recycling competition and talked about how it had been received when we went around the classes. We closed our meeting with a walk around the 'nature bathing' area and our wildflower 'Eva's garden'.
