At midday every day in P1 we always go outside to participate in the Daily Mile. Yesterday was a special day celebrating the Daily Mile so we decided to make it into a colour run using our rainbow scarves. We thought of three great reasons why it is important to so the daily mile:1. it get fit. 2. It’s good exercise and 3. To keep our body and brain healthy.
