Today we held a brief assembly outside in the beautiful sunshine to celebrate the success of our wonderful DPS children.
Mrs. McKeown, together with our whole school, commended our football team as they won the shield at the St. Coleman’s blitz yesterday.
Mrs. McKeown also presented head teacher awards to children for special recognition of their contribution to school and valiant efforts in keeping our school grounds litter free.
Mrs. McGowan announced the Mathletics and Mathseeds winners for the May challenge. It was very close and everyone tried their best, but the winners this time were P1 for Mathseeds and P6 for Mathletics. Each winning class received delicious ice lollies to enjoy.
