Celebrating Maths Week Ireland 2021
We are celebrating Maths Week in school this week. Today as part of our introduction to Maths Week we explored and discussed the attached posters. We are also aiming to participate in class activities to promote mindful in maths. Keep an eye out on each class page for updates throughout the week. We are also running a Halloween Draw. Entrants to the draw will be pupils who guessed the following question correctly: “Which Halloween costume is the most popular in the whole school?”
This is also the last week of our October class Mathletics challenge to collate the total number of certificates (including Bronze, Silver and Gold) awarded in each class- keep completing your class tasks in an attempt to add to your class certificate tally before Friday’s treat!
