Celebrating Catholic Schools Week 2021
Good morning pupils and parents/carers,
I hope you are all keeping safe & well.
The theme for Catholic Schools week this year is, Catholic Schools: Communities of Faith and Resilience (from 24th to the 31st January)
The daily themes are;
Monday: Catholic Schools:Communities of Faith
Tuesday: Catholic Schools:Communities of Learning
Wednesday: Catholic Schools:Communities of Love
Thursday: Catholic Schools:Communities of Resilience
Friday: Catholic Schools:Communities of Hope
Each class teacher will be uploading different activities for their pupils to complete this week. I have also uploaded below different reflections and prayers for each day, if you wish as a family to pray together.
As we live through an unprecendented time of challenge and uncertainty, our faith and resilience can be tested. This week we celebrate the gifts and talents we have in following Jesus’ teaching. This year we celebrate how we are called to be communities of faith and resilience, through our thoughts, words and actions. In doing so we live out the meaning of the beautiful hymn, ‘Ubi caritas etvamor, Deus ibi est’
’Where charity and love are, God is there’
Take care everyone,
God Bless
Mrs Kelly
