On Friday afternoon every pupil were given a special pair of blessed, Mission Rosary Beads. Each decade of beads are different colours to represent the different continents of the world.
These were to remind each child that Pope Francis had announced that October was Missionary Month and also as a memento of celebrating 150 years of St Patrick's Church, Dromintee on Sunday 20th October 2019, which was also Missionary Sunday.
