To mark the end of Catholic Schools’ Week we held a Mass in St Patrick’s Church to which all the grandparents were invited. We had such a wonderful number of parents and grandparents in attendance. After Mass everyone was invited back to school for a cup of tea and refreshments. Grandparents joined us until lunchtime to demonstrate and instruct us on how to make St Brigid’s crosses. Mr John Campbell, our diocesan advisor joined us for today's celebrations and helped three P7 pupils to plant a tree to mark this years Catholic schools week theme : Living in Harmony with God's creation.
