On Wednesday morning we had a visitor from Action MS visit the school to have a chat to the children to inform them of the plans for a sponsored walk in May when we return after the Easter break. All children will get a little sponsor book home with them and all money raised is going to one of our chosen charities this year which is Action MS. Noreen was very good at explaining to the children what MS is and picked some children to help demonstrate what MS is and what Action MS do to help people. We will travel to Kilbroney Park in Rostrevor to do our walk as a whole school and it is promised to be a fun filled event for all the children taking part.
