Today at mediation we used lavender massage mist to engage our senses while we relaxed. We used the time to day dream today and listened to Enya’s song Sail away to see what adventures the music would take us on our day dream. We had people going to heaven, candy land, the beach and sailing as we listened and relaxed. It is good to daydream and be creative. â¤ï¸
