The South Armagh Poetry Group has published a beautiful book of poetry which came into being during the Covid-19 pandemic, under the direction of Eamon Mallie's on-line forum. Containing around 50 poems, some very famous, others less known, the book contains 9 'collections' from South Armagh's 'Poetry Place'. The cover of the book is a beautiful illustration of a work by one of our parents, Caóilfíonn Murphy O'Hanlon, which depicts Slieve Gullion in texile and wool. The book can be purchased from the office in Dromintee PS at a cost of £10. The proceeds of the book will go to South Armagh rural partnership mental wellbeing programmes for young people.
