Primary 1 had a fantastic day celebrating World Book Day. We had a lovely cosy day wearing our slippers/socks in class and taking our favourite teddy to school. We loved “sharing a story” with some of Julia Donaldson’s books during Literacy. After our stories we had a cup of hot chocolate with marshmallows and some biscuits, bought for us by Jess our class mascot. We enjoyed creating our book tokens and watching ‘We’re going on a bear hunt.’
Parents please send in a photo of your child “sharing a story” at home for class photo frame. These should be returned to school by Monday 11th March.
