The Pastoral Care Team/Anti-Bullying Ambassadors today divided into two groups, to work on their Accreditation portfolio. One group worked on creating a pupil survey to gain a better understanding of bullying incidences, types of bullying experienced and locations where pupils feel unsafe. This will allow for the Ambassadors to identify any trends, patterns and areas of the school which need closer monitoring by the team.
The second group began thinking of ideas for a pupil friendly Anti-Bullying Policy. The sketched their main ideas and then began typing these up. We hope to share this with all pupils and parents in a few weeks. Well done to all the Anti-Bullying Ambassadors for their enthusiasm and great team work skills displayed today.
