Anti-Bullying Ambassador Training at St. Paul's High School

27th Sep 2018

We had a fantastic training day in St. Paul’s High on Thursday 27th September. Mrs McKeown, Mrs Fearon and Miss Geraldine McCoy attended the training with the 13 members of our Pastoral Care Team. During the day both pupils and staff were trained in becoming Anti-Bullying Ambassadors, by facilitators Paul and Robbie from the Diana Awards. The event was sponsored by Comic Relief and a number of different schools attended. We learnt about the role of an Anti-Bullying Ambassador and how we can help prevent and reduce bullying incidents in school. We also learnt the skills to help those who have experienced bullying and how we can support them. We had a great day playing fun games, meeting new friends and receiving our Anti-Bullying Ambassador badges and resources. We can’t wait to get started our Anti-Bullying Ambassador campaigns in school this year.
